OnAccess H1004 is a true triple-play optical network unit (ONU) specifically designed to work with OnAccess2224 (multiplexed CATV optical Ethernet switch). It provides an ideal solution for economical delivery of POTS telephony, data, and CATV analog signals or a combination of analog and digital channels, including HDTV broadcast, over a single-mode fiber to the user's premises in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) applications. OnAccessH1004 combines the latest advancements in fiber optic and chip technologies with feature-rich network management controls to give the most advanced, yet affordable fiber-to-the-home solution. It integrates one 100Base-FX WAN port, one CATV coaxial-cable port, four 10/100Base-TX LAN ports for direct connection of up to four computers and up to two POTS telephony ports to provide telephone services. The functions of the OnAccessH1004 Ethernet switch permit all the connected computers / terminals to be able to communicate with each other and to share with each other the internet, the resources and files, such as music, digital pictures, and other documents within the user's premises. All the computers can also share a printer which is connected anywhere in the house. OnAccessH1004 makes it possible to play head-to-head computer games freely within the household or against Internet opponents at a speed of 100 times faster than ADSL. Features:1) One 100Base-FX single fiber network port with CATV overlay.2) Four 10 / 100Base-TX half / full duplex switch ports.3) 2048 MAC address table (4-way hashing).4) Two queues for QOS (1:2 or 1:4 or 1:8 or 1:16).5) Port-based, 802.1p and IP TOS priority.6) Store and forward architecture and performs forwarding and filtering at non- blocking full wire speed7) An aging function and 802.3x flow control for full duplex and a backpressure function for half duplex.8) Packet lengths up to 1,522 bytes.9) Congestion Flow Control (HOL).10) Port-based VLAN and adjustable VLAN to support up to 32 VLAN groups.11) Broadcast storm filter.12) One or two POTS ports to provide VoIP telephony service.13) Wide 40MHz ~ 870MHz bandwidth supports CATV analog channels or a combination of analog and digital channels including HDTV broadcast.14) Excellent RF frequency and distortion characteristics for high linearity.15) Internal proprietary impedance match circuitry with one 75Ω coaxial-cable output port.16) High sensitivity of 75dBuV RF output at -3dBm optical inputNetwork protocols and standards:1) IEEE802.3 10Base-TX Ethernet2) IEEE802.3u 100Base-TX fast Ethernet3) IEEE802.3u 100Base-FX optical Ethernet4) IEEE802.3ah 100Base-BX105) IEEE802.3x flow control6) IEEE802.1p priority7) IEEE802.1q VLAN8) H.323 V49) MGCP RFC270510) SIP RFC326111) Net2Phone12) G.711, G.723 codec, G.165 echo cancellation, G.72913) TCP / IP, DHCP, RTP, RTCP, HTTP, FTPPort configuration:1) One 100Base-BX10 WAN port with CATV optical signal overlay or one 100Base-BX10 WAN port plus one optical CATV port2) Four 10 / 100Base-TX LAN ports3) One or two POTS telephony (FXS) ports and/or one PSTN telephony (FXO) port4) One 75Ω coaxial-cable CATV port with RF bandwidth of 45 ~ 860MHzborder (onu)
